Beauty tricks for lazy girls: For those extra ten minute snoozes

Tips and tricks are usually just acquired with practice, trial and error that is (yes,we've all been there with the wrong shade of foundation). But thanks to the internet we can now share all of our tips and tricks globally at the click of a mouse.

Being a girl is hard, not that you have to do your hair and make up to the full extent everyday (who does that anyway?)  but it is fun and it is something that helps many people with their insecurities and confidence... winged eyeliner makes you feel like you can take on the world!

And come on we've all done it, the extra bit of snooze in the morning that then leads to manic rush of preparation for the day...

Getting more to the point, here are some of the best and most clever beauty tips and tricks I recommend:

To make your lipstick last all day, hold a tissue over your lips and dust them with translucent powder.

If you want to make your flaky, clumpy mascara last longer, mix a little contact solution in.

Stuck on how to get the perfect cat eye? Use a credit card to make a foolproof line.

For gorgeous, full hair in no time, set your strands in hot rollers for 15 minutes, and brush out the waves when done

Never apply eye shadow directly from the container tap or smear it on your hand first to warm it up for better application and blending

No time to wait for lotions or primers to dry? Quickly use your hair dryer gently on your face

Moisturise in the shower! If you are always taking the extra snooze time or just want more time to read the paper get your hands on some in shower moisturiser

Do your dry shampoo the night before; the excess will wear off on to your pillow so theres no worrying about having patches of grey anywhere

To keep your eyebrows in place all day, coat them with clear mascara

To keep your ponytail super sleek, spray extra-hold hairspray on a clean mascara wand and run it over your hairline to pick up loose baby hairs

I found a cool tutorial named 'The 5-Minute Christmas Morning Makeup You Can Do in Your PJs' on Popsugar, it uses 5 main products and takes 5 minutes for a finished ready to go look!

Style your hair the night before, especially if you are after loose curls, make them ringlets the night before then pull your hair back in to a tight pony tail and watch them drop out by the morning!

If you have no time to do all of your make up choose either lips or eyes to maximise and brighten your face

Hairspray your bobby pins before putting them in to save you re adjusting them throughout the day

Sad news today as it has hit the headlines that a loved lion from Zimbabwe’s Hwange National Park was killed by Walter Palmer, a dentist from the U.S. who paid $55,000 for the “pleasure” to kill the 13-year-old father of 24 cubs.

Walter shot and wounded Cecil with a bow, but was only able to kill him 40 hours later. Cecil was beheaded and skinned – his carcass remained unused. Despite denying he knew the lion was protected and it was illegal to kill him (as it should be to kill any animal for pleasure) evidence has now emerged that the killers tried to hide his tracking collar – but failed.

On a lighter note, the world had responded with nothing but anger towards Walter and have even forced him to close his dental practice and dropped his business' five star rating down to 1.

Zimbabwe officials are dealing with the case.

Not only is he a pathetic, hurtful and dangerous human, he is also a coward.

RIP Cecil and to all the other animals who are illegally hunted every year (tens of millions of them)
